This spread can be used to be proactive with self-care in the coming week. I decided to use the Moon & Stars Tarot deck because the spread is looking at what I can do for myself.

INTROSPECTION

Why did I get so many major arcana in this spread? Maybe it's related to how important it is to get my mental health and self-worth at a good place right now. Basically, this spread is telling me to work on my mental health and using the support I have. My husband, the people I work with, they have been really great.

I find it weird I got the Wheel of Fortune related to physical self-care. The universe isn't something I can control, but physical self-care is something I can completely control! Maybe it's telling me it's not as important as my emotional and mental self-care at the moment. 

What's the different between emotional and mental? That's something hard for me to understand without effort. Emotional is related to feelings, and mental is related to intellect? 

The tower reminds me of letting go and letting it happen, relating to my emotional self-care. For mental self-care, the ace of cups, I'm getting the feeling of self-expression, putting my mental power into something creative. 

The potential outcome is positive (how can it NOT be positive?) with new feelings about my stress and myself, maybe.
